Secure payments with Sage Pay As a payment service provider (PSP), thousands of businesses outsource their transaction security to Sage Pay. It is their top priority to ensure that our customers’ transaction data is kept secure at all times.
Transaction and Security All transaction information passed between merchant sites and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Encryption and data storage Once on our systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign’s Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES CANCELLING YOUR ORDER UNDER THE DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to return your order with us provided you give us written notice. Notice can be given any time after your order has been placed, up until 7 working days from the day after you received you order. Notice of contract cancellation must be given in writing by email to email@example.com together with our Returns Form. For orders cancelled under the DSRs, we will issue you a full refund (excluding shipping and custom fees) after the product is returned to us by secure means. Cancelled orders should be returned to: VIVIAN YING, 165 Warehouse, Major Draper Street, London, SE18 6FE. All items must be returned unused and in their original condition, from the original delivery country. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving your returned items. Should the returned products not satisfy our inspection for its condition, the items will be returned back to you and you will be obliged to pay the extra delivery cost. Please note that we are very strict especially with the soles of footwear that they need to be returned unscratched so please try them on on carpeted surfaces. If we do not receive the cancelled order back within 14 days of the written notice, we will assume you no longer wish to continue with the refund.
IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
If you order goods from our site for delivery outside of the UK, they may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that are decided when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes; we do not have any control over these charges and do not profit from them. If you are concerned about import fees and taxes, please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
We only accept the payment options available for you to choose from at checkout. Under no circumstance will we accept cheques or any other payment methods.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. We offer products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center.
Prices shown on the Site are in GBP. We have the right to adjust the retail prices of all our products. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Sterling or Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from a courier or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
Can I choose what currency I pay in?
We only accept GBP (£) but your merchant (we accept Visa and Mastercards) will handle the foreign currency exchange for you at checkout.
What countries do you ship to?
Besides domestic UK, we also deliver to EU, USA, China, Japan, and South Korea.
Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?
All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Vivian Ying to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.
I’ve just ordered! How long will it take for my shoes to reach me?
Thank you for your order with Vivian Ying! Your order should be with you within 5-7 working days (please allow extra time for severe weather, custom delays etc). Please provide the best contact e-mail address when placing your order so we can get in touch if/when necessary. A valid contact telephone number is compulsory for orders outside of the U.K.
Should there be any problems at the recipient end and your goods are returned to us, we will have to charge another postage fee to have the shoes sent to you again. So please, make sure all your contact details are correct!
I have been charged custom and import fees for my goods upon arrival. Can I charge these back to you?
We do not have any control over import and custom fees, and we do not profit from them. We cannot, therefore, be charged for these. The fees vary depending on where you live. If you are ordering from outside of the E.U, you are likely to have some form of fees to pay to receive your parcel.
How do I make sure the shoes fit?
We have done our very best to provide you with all the fitting information so it is your responsibility to make sure you have purchased the correct size for your feet. Please follow the measuring guide instructions carefully and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org should you need any further assistance before you place an order with us.
Can I return my goods if I change my mind?
We can only accept returns within UK/EU if they are faulty. Whilst we always check all the items before we dispatch them to ensure you receive the best quality products, some discrepancies are considered characters of tender, love and care as all of our products are handmade with love. Should your product require a return/exchange, please let us know within 7 days by emailing us at email@example.com together with the Returns Authorization Form.
